ORDER

The impugned order sates that there are surplus posts in Bishop Heuman Primary School, Trichy and therefore, no reappointment order can be issued to S.Guna, as Secondary Grade Teacher.

2. It is submitted that the writ petitioner attained the age of superannuation and retired from service. The relief sought for in this writ petition is with reference to her reappointment in the same School. In view of the fact that the petitioner reached the age of superannuation and retired from service, the relief as such sought for cannot be considered at this length of time. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
