Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.155/2021, dated 22.08.2022 passed by the fourth respondent and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the fourth respondent to award contract in favour of the Petitioner as he was delcared as successful bidder in the tender Ref. No.Thondi0803, Tender ID 2022 DTP 224441-2, under NABARD 2021-22 Scheme.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.155/2021, dated 22.08.2022 passed by the fourth respondent and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the fourth respondent to award contract in favour of the Petitioner as he was delcared as successful bidder in the tender Ref. No.Thondi0803, Tender ID 2022 DTP 224441-2, under NABARD 2021-22 Scheme. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a communication of the fourth respondent, dated 25.11.2022 stating that orders will be passed on the Petitioner's claim for issuance of contract to him, as he is the lowest bidder in the auction. 4.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
