ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner with the third and fourth respondents.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent. After filing this petition, there is no harassment at the hands of the police officials.
