Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to impugned demand notice in Lr. No. R5/5633/97 dated 05.07.2013 on the file of the fourth respondent and impugned No. C1-5042/2013 dated 09.05.2013 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the second respondent to revise the order in accordance with instructions issued by this court duly confirmed or modified by the Apex Court and on the actual facts of the case and to see that the fourth respondent follows the directions of this Court and also the fourth respondent to include Rs.4,000/- sent to him by DD on 05.02.1998 towards MI for 2/98 in the petitioner total credit and declare the petitioner case as settled as per G.O Ms.
No.37 dated 14.02.2011 and to waive the penal interest on initial deposit fully or at least from 10/10 to 7/13 which this Court deems fit and also to adopt the correct balance of Rs.4,176/- for calculation of interest as the case may be and settle the MC as Rs.4,620/- and revise the calculation of DLC and interest thereon in sheet F as per the revised proceedings of the Board fixing the final land value following order of this Court and to issue sale deed on remittance of the revised final cost to be issued all in a time schedule to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that the writ petitioner is no more. His legal heirs have not come forward to prosecute the matter.
2. This writ petition is closed as abated. It is open to the legal heirs to move this Court for setting aside the abatement and to have the writ petition restored.
