PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned demand notice in Lr.No.R5/1014/2000/Relief G.O.115/2013, dated 05.07.2013, on the file of the respondent No.4 and impugned proceedings in Proceedings No.C1-5042/2/13 on the file of the respondent No.3, dated 09.05.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.4 to issue sale deed to the petitioner for his allotted ready built house No.MIG B-2, TNHB Colony, Sankaraperi, Thoothukudi, on payment of difference in land cost without any interest within the time period stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition is filed challenging the demand notice issued by the fourth respondent in Lr.No.R5/1014/2000/Relief G.O.115/2013, dated 05.07.2013 and the proceedings of the third respondent in C1-5042/2/13, dated 09.05.2013.

2.Today(02.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Housing Board submits that the amount has been settled and sale deed has also been executed in favour of the petitioner and hence nothing survives in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission made on behalf of the Housing Board, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 02.06.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
