ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the third respondent has foisted a false case as against his son, has submitted a representation on 05.06.2025 to the first respondent and has filed this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the third respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025 has already been considered by the second respondent. The second respondent has conducted enquiry, based on the representation of the petitioner, on 05.06.2025, 18.6.2025, 19.06.2025, 22.06.2025 and 23.06.2025 and has come to a conclusion that the allegations made in the petitioner's representation are not correct and closed the same.

3.Since the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was closed, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
