PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Lr.No.037015/1636/F.10/AAO/2017 dated 01.11.2017 and the consequential orders passed by the third respondent in his proceedings Ku.No.037015-1/Me Po/Ma Mi Pa Va/Peru / Mdu / Ni a / Ni Pi I / U.3/2017 dated 18.12.2017 and by the fourth respondent in his proceedings Ku.Aa.No.Se.Po./Pa./South/peru/Mdu/U Ni A/Ni Me/U.1/A.No.45/18 dated 06.01.2018 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to disburse the retirement and monetary benefits with interest and to sanction the pension and arrears within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.
