No.807/2019, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and quash the same. ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi vide the letter in D.No.1506/2020 dated 05/12/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.Jenifar Bibin, Advocate for the Petitioner and this Court made the following order:

By order dated 24.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial in STC.No.807/2019 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1506/2020 dated 05.12.2020 wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown has requested for extension of 6 months to comply with the above order.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
