PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the first respondent not to interfere in civil dispute in O.S.No. 201 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District under the guise of enquiry conducted by the second and fourth respondents based on the complaint 5th to 7th respondents and consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2024.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent not to interfere in civil dispute in O.S.No.201 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the private respondents herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the seventh respondent, an FIR came to be registered as against the petitioner and three others in Cr.No.188 of 2024 for the offences 2/4

punishable under Sections 329, 351(3), 316(2), 318(2), 338 and 339 BNS and that the investigation is pending.
