O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to take appropriate action on the basis of the representation/complaint, dated 18.07.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that against the accused person, case in Crime No.2319 of 2022 is also pending. They are liable to be arrested and remanded to custody. Now, the above said issue is under investigation and this petitioner is concerned it is similarly placed one. So, he was directed to approach EOW, Trichy, for appropriate relief. With the above advise, the complaint was closed on 01.09.2022. 3.In view of the above said closure, the petitioner can workout his remedy or relief before the concerned appropriate authority. 4.With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
