The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to remove the writ petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.310/2019, dated 11.03.2019 displayed in the notice board by the third respondent Police Station on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 05.07.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2024 will be considered in the next meeting.
