Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.D.RAMKI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following order:- Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 29.08.2024, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) and he has filed a cost Memo dated 04.09.2024 to that effect. The above said Memo is recorded. 2.In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to take the revision on file if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
