This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 615 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The respondents 2 and 3 name printed in the cause list, called absent and set ex-parte.
