(through Video Conference) Heard Mr. S.Arunachalam, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.Gandhiraj, Learned Counsel representing the First and Second Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondent to recover Rs.1,24,273/- from the Third Respondent towards the interest payable to the Petitioner as per the order dated 11.08.2011 in P.G. Case No. 24 of 2011 passed by the Second Respondent under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. 3.

It is informed by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the amount due as per the order dated 11.08.2011 in P.G. Case No. 24 of 2011 passed by the Second Respondent has been recovered from the Third Respondent and paid to the Petitioner and he has filed a memo dated 19.07.2021 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
