Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of O.S.No.122 of 2021 on the file of the first Additional District Judge, Madurai. I wanted to know the work load of the court below.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the pendency statement. But the learned counsel states that he has not been able to obtain the work load of the 1st Additional district Court, Madurai. It is seen that the issues were framed on 04.09.2024 and the matter is posted for trial on 04.11.2024. The court below is directed to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within a period of nine months thereafter. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
