ORDER
The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against her husband and in-laws and has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to take appropriate action on her complaint.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that since it is a matrimonial dispute, they have referred the complaint of the petitioner to the Social Welfare Officer.
3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to ensure that the petitioner, the third respondent and in-laws of the petitioner are co-operating before the Social Welfare Officer.
