2. This Court has already disposed of the Writ Petition, by order dated 04.04.2025, directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar District, to dispose of O.S.No.91 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Now, the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar District, vide his Letter in D.No.28, dated 09.01.2026, requested four months' time to dispose of the said Original Suit.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 09.01.2026, the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar District, is directed to dispose of the said Original Suit within a period of four months from the date of the request made by him.
