ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the Public Information Officer under the Right to Information Act. The petitioner has not chosen to file either the first appeal before the Appellate Authority or the second appeal before the State Information Commission. Hence, the writ petition is not maintainable. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to file appeal before the Appellate Authority and if not satisfied with the order of the first Appellate Authority, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the State Information Commission by way of a second appeal.

2. With the above said observations, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
