This petition is filed seeking leave by a third party for filing review as against the order of this Court dated 29.10.2024 passed in WP.(MD).No.26175 of 2024 setting aside of the refusal checkslip passed by the Sub-Registrar and 1/4

directing registration of document.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The review is sought only on the ground that there was an agreement for sale executed in the petitioner's favour on 10.04.2024, therefore, seeks leave.

4. At the outset, this Court is the view that mere agreement in favour of the petitioner does not create any right for the petitioner to stall the registration. If at all, there is any agreement, it is for him to enforce the same in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed and un-numbered review stands rejected. No costs.
