ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsels for the respective respondents.
2. The petitioner claims that he has a route permit for operating his mini bus between Pethaniyapuram Guru theatre opposite to Maathuthavani Bus Stand. The demand of the petitioner appears to be that petitioner should be allowed to park the vehicle at Aarappalayam bus stand, where other government vehicles are parked for the passengers.
3. The route permit does not clearly state that petitioner is entitled to get into the bus stand.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that however, in Mattuthavani bus stand, petitioner is allowed to park the vehicle inside the bus stand along with the passengers.

Since the petitioner has given a representation, dated 03.07.2025, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation, dated 03.07.2025 as to whether the petitioner is entitled to park the vehicle inside Aarappalayam bus stand, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Before passing appropriate orders, the second respondent shall hear the petitioner and the representative of the State Transport Corporation.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 24.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Indu 3/4
