Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have already been conferred with the promotional post of Physical Director Grade - I and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
