Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in No.52/CC/TN/73/2013-FF(SZ), dated 13/06/2018 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant pension under Central Government Freedom, Fighters pension scheme i.e. " "SWATANTRATA SAINIK SAMMAN PENSION SCHEME 1980" to the petitioner herein from the date of his application within the time.

ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents states that the Government of India has passed an order directing fresh Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner for commencement of dependent freedom fighter pension. Citing the order dated 11.12.2019, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the order in the Writ Petition has been complied with. Recording compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
