ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit the fourth respondent has given a complaint against one Mohammed Azarudeen and Riswana stating that they have borrowed a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- and also pledged the jewels and that since the same were not returned and on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent/staff of the Muthoot Finance, was directed to appear and that after enquiry, the police have come to the decision that the petitioner was not involved in the alleged offence and that the question of harassment does not arise.
