O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the subject property situate in S.F.No.643/5 with an extent of 3.34 acres in Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Anbarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The subject property was purchased by the petitioner under a registered sale deed dated 09.06.2011. The patta for the subject property also stands in his name in Patta No.5245. The petitioner has submitted an online application on 20.06.2025 in application No. 2025/0123/13/013218, seeking survey of the property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the 2/4

petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 20.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
