ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders relating to the appointment of Office Assistant in the second respondent Panchayat Union pursuant to the notification issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka. No.1386/2022/A.2 dated 13.09.2022 in terms of the guidelines issued by the Secretary to the Government in G.O. (MD) No.114, Rural Development (E5) Department dated 06.05.2000 within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that considering the plight of the petitioner which has been 2/4

putforth by filing this Writ Petition, the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3184/2022/OO.Va.3, dated 07.08.2023, has passed an order of appointment to the petitioner as prayed for. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
