JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Second appeal is filed, to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 28.03.2014 in H.M.C.M.A.No.02 of 2011 on the file of the Prinicipal District Judge, Sivaganga, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 01.12.2010 in H.M.O.P.No.65 of 2004 on the file of the Sub Court, Devakkottai.

2. Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, the learned Counsel appearing for respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. In view of the Mediation which was held on 22.07.2019, a compromise has been arrived, between the appellant/wife and the respondent/husband. The respondent/husband agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 6,50,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) and the appellant/wife agreed to receive the same. The respondent/husband has agreed to return all the things belonged to the appellant/wife. Both the 2/5

parties have agreed to withdraw all the cases filed against each other. The Mediation Report will form a part and parcel of the Judgment and Decree of this CMSA.

4.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
