The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to permit the petitioner's Mini Bus bearing Registration No.TN74 AA 0985 operating via Veppamoodu, Dathi School, Women Christian College, Vadasery Anna Stadium while plying from Parakkai to Anna Stadium in Kanyakumari District.
