P.V.Sudhakar C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners in these matters have sought a Mandamus forbearing the respondents ie., the Officers of the State Education Department, the Secretary and Manager of the IELC Schools, Nagercoil Synod and the Correspondent of Concordia Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli, from removing the petitioners illegally from the post of P.G.Assistant in Commerce, Zoology and Head Master respectively, while the proposals of approval are pending with the District Educational Officer/R2.

2. Mr.Vinoharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would state that these writ petitions may be closed as nothing survives therein, in view of orders dated 27.04.2021, 27.04.2021 and 26.04.2021 obtained by these petitioners in subsequent writ petitions filed by them in W.P.(MD).Nos.8615 of 2021, 8591 of 2021 and 8488 of 2021 respectively.

3. In light of the submission as above, these Writ Petitions are closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
