ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to expedite the investigation and to file the final report in crime No.32 of 2018 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police within time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchantram, on 21.08.2023, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.412 of 2023 and the next hearing date is 27.11.2023.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the matter has become infructuous. 2/4
