ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime 1/3
No.349 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District Judge, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.283 of 2023, 165 of 2023. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to lapse of time, he could not comply the condition. Hence, it was automatically dismissed. Therefore, the petitioners are come forward with this petition. 4.If it so, the petitioners have to file application seeking extension of time before the concerned Court.
