2. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the petition mentioned suit. The suit was instituted only in the year 2022. I am not aware of the work load of the court below. I will not be justified in directing the court below to give preference to the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to request the presiding officer concerned.

3. With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
