ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of 1/4

Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the forged Gift Settlement Deed, Amendment Deed and forged Release Deed vide in Document Nos. 210/2024, 275/2024 and 2177/2024 executed with forged documents and concealment of facts by the respondents 3 to 5, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.07.2025.

2.The 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondent 3 to 5 and conduct enquiry under Section 83 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
