ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the lookout circular in connection with the case in Crime No.50 of 2020, on the file of the 2nd respondent Police and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to communicate the same to the respondents 3 and 4.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has arrayed as accused in Crime No.50 of 2020, which was registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(ii) and 120B IPC on the file of the 2nd respondent police. This petitioner along with two other persons filed Crl.O.P (MD).No.15286 of 2020 before this Court seeking quashment of Crime No.50 of 2020 and this Court vide order dated 22.12.2020 granted interim stay in respect of the investigation process.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that even before the order passed by this Court i.e., on 17.08.2020 request has been made by the 2nd respondent to issue look out circular.
4. Since the stay has been granted, the request made by the 2nd respondent herein may be withdrawn and the same shall be intimated to the respondents 3 and 4 by enclosing a copy of this order and also the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.15286 of 2020 for information.
5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
