Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13826 of 2021, dated 22.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has filed the present petition and another petition in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9203 of 2021 for relaxation of condition and that this Court has already relaxed the condition in that matter and this petitioner was not listed before this Court.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since this Court has already relaxed the condition in the connected petition and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
