Section 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records and to set aside the judgment passed by the District Court, Karur, in Crl.A.No.11 of 2020, dated 30.03.2021, by confirming the order, passed by the Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Karur, in C.C.No.359 of 2017, dated 23.01.2020 and to acquit the petitioner from the above case. Both the parties and their counsel are present.

2. The learned counsel for the parties submitted that during the pendency of the Revision, the revision petitioner and the respondent have arrived for an amicable settlement.

3. A Memo of Compromise has been filed before this Court which have been signed by the revision petitioner and the respondent and also by their respective counsel. The revision respondent was also present in person before this Court. This Court enquired both the parties and is satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves.

4. In the above circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the petition pending. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as per the terms of the Compromise memo https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1 / 2

Crl. R.C.(MD)No.854 of 2021 and the compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
