ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction as against the 2nd respondent not to harass him and his mother on the guise of enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent 1 and 2 submits that since it is a matrimonial dispute, they have referred the matter to the Social Welfare Officer, Madurai on 25.06.2026. Therefore, the petitioner would not be called for any enquiry. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
