The present writ petition has been filed by the Secretary of a Cooperative Society challenging the enquiry report under Section 81 of the Cooperative Societies Act and the consequential notice issued under Section 87 of the Co-operative Societies Act.

2. Pending writ petition, the statutory notice issued under Section 87 of the Co-operative Societies Act on 03.04.2018 has been recalled by way of an order passed by the second respondent on 15.06.2018.

3. In view of the fact that the notice issued under Section 87 of the Co-operative Societies Act has already been recalled, no further adjudication is called for, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
