ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court, dated 29.08.2022 in W.P.(MD) No.8758 of 2022.

2. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the claim petition filed by the writ petitioner was rejected by the fifth respondent in the writ petition. Challenging the said rejection, the petitioner had filed W.P(MD) No. 24585 of 2023, which was dismissed by this Court on 13.10.2023.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition and the same is closed.
