ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c), r/w 20(b)(ii) B of NDPS Act, in Crime No.60 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other person were found in illegal possession of 1.250 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.
3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but, a false case has been foisted as against him. He further submitted that based on the confession statement alone, the petitioner's name is implicated in this case.

5. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
