Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.H.7/111342/2003 dated 09.05.2014 as well as the consequential order issued in Na.Ka.No.H.7/11342/2013 dated 18.06.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pass orders declaring the successful completion of the period of probation of the petitioner on 13.07.1999 A.N. and to grant the service, leave and Monetary benefits due to the petitioner from 1998 and promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant on par with his Junior viz B.Anitha (i.e. from 17.08.2012) with all the service and monetary benefits within the time limit to be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order dated 09.05.2014 and 18.06.2014 with the consequential relief to declare the successful completion of the period of probation of the petitioner on 13.07.1999 and to grant the service, leave and monetary benefits and promote the petitioner with all the service and monetary benefits.

W.P.(MD)No.11741 of 2014 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to this order, the respondents have passed an order, dated 15.07.2015 and the said order was challenged in another W.P.(MD)No.14018 of 2017. Therefore, this writ petition has become infruntuous. 3.Hence the Wirt Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
