This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned communication, dated 03.07.2025, bearing reference in e.f.vz;.351/2024/,1 passed by the second respondent.

3. By the impugned communication, the petitioner has been called upon to 2/5

furnish the details of the properties, which are the subject matters of the Will executed by the petitioner's grandfather, namely, Karuppaiah Konar on 25.06.1956.

4. A copy of the Will has been kept along with the typed set of papers. However, the details of the properties, which are subject matters of the Will have not been furnished so far to the second respondent temple, as the income from the properties is meant for endowment for specific performance of the second respondent temple as also the other temples.
