ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintained by the third respondent by considering his representation, dated 24.10.2021, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as PET Master in Chathirappatti Government Higher Secondary School, Palani and he has been falsely implicated in the case in Crime No.140 of 2013, by the third respondent. He has filed Crl.O.P.No.11377 of 2020 and interim stay was also granted. The petitioner has not involved in any case like in nature and he was also acquitted in in Crime No.140 of 2013 on the file of the third respondent Police in S.C.No.52 of 2016 by the Additional Principal Special Court, Madurai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.19548 of 2021 and thereafter also a false case has been foisted. After the above said acquittal, History Sheet has been maintained by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 24.10.2021 to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet maintained by the third respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that four cases were registered against the petitioner and the disposal of the three cases one case is still pending before the concerned trial Judge, because of the conduct and bad antecedents of the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.10.2021 and pass orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.
