The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer I.D.O.P. No.107 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and transfer the same to the learned 1/4

Family Court, Madurai to be tried along with the petitioner's M.C. No. 15 of 2024 on its file.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having breast feeding child and therefore, it is very difficult to appear before this Court.
