Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Appeal filed under section 374(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code against the Judgment dated 23.12.2014 passed by the I Additional District Judge, (PCR) Tiruchirappallli in S.C No.15 of ORDER:- This Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 23.03.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.M.

Karunanithi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. A.Robinson, Government Advocate(Criminal side) for the respondent, this Court made the following order: While disposing of the criminal appeal, the appellant was directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as compensation to P.W.1 and her child. The order was passed on 23.03.2020. 2.The appellant's counsel states that due to onset of pandemic, the appellant could not comply with the direction immediately. Though he is now ready with the demand draft, P.W.1 is refusing to take the same. That is the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) also.

3.Therefore, the appellant is directed to deposit the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of S.C.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the Court below is directed to disburse the same as directed by this Court, vide order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
