S.F.Nos.136/2B and 136/3B, situated at Thiruvarambur Village and Taluk, Trichy District, for the purpose of providing electricity connection to the fourth respondent's proposed industrial unit in S.F.No.136/2B.
2. The writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.3675 of 2025 has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 07.12.2024 passed by the first respondent in Complaint No. 24 of 2024, preferred by the fifth respondent.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the records.
4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the District Revenue Officer has already heard the petitioner as well as the private respondents and reserved orders nearly three months ago, but the order has not yet been pronounced.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the District Revenue Officer, Trichy District, to pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Though the District Revenue Officer is not a party to the present proceedings, this order shall be communicated to the concerned authority by the learned Additional Government Pleader.
