ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute relating to the property situated in Plot No.C.55, Anbu Altura Mall, Shop No.2, Ground Floor, Thillai Nagar Main Road, 4th Cross, Thillai Nagar, Tiruchirappalli, District, which is subject matter of civil suit in O.S.No.225 of 2023 and R.L.T.O.No.31 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif (PD) Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is the landlord and the fourth respondent is the tenant and there existed landlord and tenant dispute and the cases are pending before the Rent Tribunal as well as before the Civil Court. He would further submit that the petitioner alone has lodged the complaint before the third respondent and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be 2/4

closed. He would also submit that since the cases are pending before the Tribunal as well as Civil Court, they have not harassed the petitioner and only on the basis of the complaint given by him, he was directed to appear for enquiry.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
