This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the instant 1/3

criminal revision case as against the order passed by the Principal District Judge, Karur in Crl.A.No.42 of 2023, dated 10.12.2024 by confirming the judgment passed in C.C.No.74 of 2019, dated 22.02.2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
