O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action with regard to the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.08.2022 by following the due process of law, within stipulated time may fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that during the pendency of this petition, enquiry was conducted in C.No.765 of 2022 and due to non co-operation of the petitioner, the same was closed, on 22.08.2022. 2/4

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
