2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the survey No.379/39 is a vacant Government land

and no encroachment exists in the said land.

3. If according to the petitioner encroachment exists, then the petitioner may approach the authority as constituted under G.O.Ms.No.64 dated 08.02.2022.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
