When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.16377 of 2017, dated 20.03.2019, has been complied with and rejected the petitioner's representation. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, dated 03.01.2020.
